Miriam Mirna Korolkovas talks about her life as a jewelry artist in Brazil and shows how other forms of art, from visual art to fashion, can influence the expression of jewelry art. The lecture will be held in English.
Miriam Mirna Korolkovas is one of the most influential jewelry artists in Brazil. She has a Master's degree in visual arts as well as a Doctorate in architecture. She is the founder of Escola Oficina, the first official jewelry school in São Paulo and has, among other things, worked as curator for both Brazilian Jewelery Week and at the Museu a Casa do Objeto Brasileiro in São Paulo.
